We would like you to learn some facts related to our shipping/delivery policy before you place an order with us.
Shipping in India:
India is one of the world’s leading textile hubs in the world. Most of our customised fabric is manufactured in India. As it helps us to save on the delivery costs we love to pass on this benefit to our Indian customers.
Free deliveries across India
Yes! we make free deliveries on any amount of orders anywhere in incredible India!
Genuine charges on International Shipping
For shipping outside India, we need to incur an extra cost to deliver these products that you love. Charges applicable for deliveries anywhere in Europe, USA, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, across Asia -
- INR 1995 on orders of INR 12,995 and 19995/-
- INR 1,295 on orders of INR 8,995 - INR 12,995/-
- INR 895 on orders below INR 8,995/-
Any orders over and above, shipping fees will based on the actual weight of the order, please contact us at love@piccoricco.com and don’t worry we will never charge a penny more than the actual shipping cost to you.
Payments through Bank Transfer – Yes, we understand that sometimes our customers prefer to pay through an invoice. We will be happy to serve you with an invoice within 24 hours. You can easily make a bank transfer within 3 working days.
Time to delivery:
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Our delivery times are usually as follows:
- Within India - you shall receive your orders within 2 - 5 business days (from the date of dispatch). It really depends on your location, if it’s a bespoke order or readily available product.
- International orders – It takes only a little bit longer but your order should reach you within 6-10 business days from the date of dispatch (subject to custom clearance).
- In an unlikely scenario, in case we are facing any unforeseen difficulty to ship your order in time, we will immediately report to you to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that the processing time may vary for each product. Your entire order needs to be shipped together (once all products are ready to be shipped). Our cart page and the checkout shipping page may give an indicated delivery date but sometimes inspite our best efforts the deliveries can take longer than we expect due to unforeseen circumstances (such as any protests, local holidays, customs clearance or natural calamities etc)
Secure Packaging:
We try our best that you receive a carefully packed product deliveries which retains its original quality and reaches you in good shape. We always make sure that your order is properly sealed and stays discreet.
International Shipping:
All International shipments are sent as "signature not required on delivery". Our checkout page will clearly mention the exact shipping rates for your country (except any customs, as it may be applicable in some countries and may depend on order size/ amount). The number of days for your delivery may sometime vary due to delay in customs processing at the destination country.
What are International Customs Charges?
There are some destination countries where customs charges on the shipments are applicable. These charges, local taxes and delivery company's processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer, unless it is charged at checkout.
Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
In an unlikely event where you have received a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please DO NOT accept that shipment. Just take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer support team at +44 2070787651 (UK) or email us at support@piccoricco.com
Our Return Policy
We understand that sometimes customers could order a wrong fit or colour or they may have simply changed their mind. Don’t worry! we have you covered here; we offer you a hassle free 5 day return policy (on our returnable*, non-sale products). If you do not like any product or it does not fit well, then simply reach us to initiate a product return and once we have received it back in the original condition - we will fully refund your product amount back to the original form of payment.
How do I return and get refund the product/s
Please follow the these steps to initiate a return:
- Simply login to your PICCO RICCO online account and initiate product return and a reverse pick up yourself, alternately you can also email us at support@piccoricco.com or call us at xxxxxxxx within 5 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product/s you would like to return.
- Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the pickup from your shipping address as was mentioned in your original order.
- At the time of your scheduled pickup simply hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come for the product collection. Please ensure that product is unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and in same original condition with the product tags, pricing and packing, else your product could be rejected by the logistics partners at the time of the pickup. The products usually get picked up within 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated and it could take another 2-10 days for it to reach our return centre (depending on your country/ location).
- Once we have received the returned product it will go through a quality check. Later, after the product passes these checks, we will ensure the refund is initiated back to your original mode of payment. Sometimes it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer free of charge reverse pickup service for International orders (outside India) as these order are originally manufactured in India and it takes time and high delivery charges for us. However, if the customers are happy to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us including any import duties levied by Indian customs, we will be happy to accept the return or exchange the product, please send it to the following address: PICCO RICCO Retail, 207B, Vipul Plaza, Suncity, Gurugram, Haryana, India 122002
* Any customised-orders, on-sale products, and any socks, stockings & accessories cannot be returned. Any used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned. Any products with missing tags and original packing will not be eligible for returns.
Some other important facts:
- Although we offer reverse pick up for the majority of pincodes (within India). But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us (at your own expense) at the following address:
PICCO RICCO Retail, 207B, Vipul Plaza, Suncity, Gurugram, Haryana, India 122002 - We do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to go ahead and place a new order for a different size as needed.
- Although we always use professionally clicked images of our products (for a true reflection of our actual product) on our website but sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary a bit from the image taken.
- As some of our products are handmade therefore sometimes the product measurements may vary slightly by 1-2 inches.
- Please note that any shipping charges you may have to pay are not refundable.
- Any destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.
- In case of a missing product from your shipment or in case any product is damaged during the transit, then please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate the matter without any delay.
Can I cancel the order before its despatch?
Yes! you can cancel the order until the order is dispatched, applicable only for non-Custom Fit products. Any made-to-order products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of any such cancelations please contact us immediately. In case the order is already shipped, and there is no way to cancel the order.
