• Delivery Information: Your estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the day of dispatch from our warehouse. • Return Policy: Any made to order or customised-orders, on-sale products, and any socks, stockings & accessories cannot be returned. Any used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned. Any products with missing tags and original packing will not be eligible for returns. For all other readymade orders, we can accept returns and provide a credit note that can only be used for future orders at https://www.piccoricco.com
  A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the actual amount (amount invoiced to you) for the credit note. The credit note must be utilized within 6 months from the date of issue. We do not provide reverse pick-up services and do not reimburse shipping charges. No returns are accepted for final sale items, accessories, promotional items, and custom pieces.

International Orders:

• Customs/Import Fees: Please note that you may be required to pay customs/import fees for your shipment. The courier will request your ID or passport details for verification purposes. To avoid any delays or potential destruction of your parcel, please ensure that the name provided matches exactly with the order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier, as we utilize third-party services for such purposes.
• Shipment Returns: If you fail to fulfil the local customs requirements or clear them within 10 days from the date of arrival at the destination, your shipment will be automatically returned to the origin. All associated charges will be debited to you. In such cases, we deduct the actual charges imposed by the shipping company from the amount paid by you or adjust it against your purchase.
• Customs Clearance: All shipments are subject to clearance by customs at both the origin and destination. At the destination, it is your responsibility to handle clearance procedures. If duty, taxes, or VAT are imposed, you are responsible for their payment in order to receive the delivery.

• Please be aware that the accessories worn by the model in the images are utilised only for stylistic purposes. We retain the right to provide complimentary accessories, based on availability at the time of dispatch, as indicated in the product description and if applicable.
  
• Sharing custom measurements is optional. In the event that custom measurements are not received within 72 hours of placing the order, we will proceed with processing the order using the recommended standard measurements.
  
• Kindly note that while the rest of the measurements can be tailored to your preferences, the length in custom measurements for the preferred age category will remain unchanged.
  
• We would like to emphasise that alterations for custom-made outfits are not available after 3 days from the delivery. For any size-related issues or alteration requests, it is essential to notify us within 3 days after receiving the item.
  
• Please take note that slight variations in colour may occur due to digital photography.
